John Ringgold sworn sayeth that the cow that John Deare did deliver to Edward Hull for my father (or "Mr. Faster") was a blackish culler with a brown lest on her back and a whitish tail and white udder and for her ears mark was in each ear a hole, and a piece taken out of the upper part like an oar keel.

...and thus continues 3 pages of sworn testimony about whether or not Thomas Hill was being a cheapskate liar by not giving a cow to his daughter on the occasion of her marriage, and a bunch of people saying he did have a cow, in fact (people saying so included Edward Hill, Anne Hynson, Margaret Hill, John Ringgold).
