      To wife Phebe Pemberton, dau. of Robert Lewis, annuities or rent charges from lot granted by him to Martha Matlock now in tenure of Richard Harts. To dau. Sarah Pemberton, after death of wife some of aforesd. property, other property extending to Joseph Cruckshank and to Samuel Pleasants land. To grandchildren Thomas and James P. Parke and Hannah Parke, children of Dr. Thomas Parke and dau. Rachel Parke, decd., warehouses, wharf &c. occupied by John Maylin devised to him by his father Israel Pemberton, decd., farm in Bristol Township, Bucks Co. now in tenure of Samuel Wright devised to him by his bro. John Pemberton. To friends Samuel Pleasants, Joshia Hews and Dr. Samuel P. Griffiths in trust for dau. Mary Morris, wife of Anthony Morris, house in Philadelphia in possession of sd. Anthony, she to have property of late wife, who was dau. of Daniel Smith and all other effects which were her mothers. To school under care of Quakers of Falls Township and to pay toward keeping of grave yard in order at the Antient Seat off grandfather Phineas Pemberton where were deposited the bodies of our ancestors. After decease of sd. dau. Mary Morris, to her children Phebe P., James P., Rebecca W. and Louisa P. Morris. Late bro. John Pemberton. Late daughter: Hannah Morton.
      Exec: Sd. wife Phebe Pemberton, sons-in-law Dr. Thomas Parke and Anthony Morris and nephew Samuel Pleasants.
      Witnesses: Samuel Coates, Isaac Paxon, James Tucker.
      Codicil: September 3, 1808. Daughter Mary Morris deceased, sd. devisee in trust for her benefit becomes of no effect. Alters his bequests. Nephew Samuel Pleasants, decd. appoints Samuel W. Fisher as Exec. in his place.
      Witnesses: Walter Franklin, Thomas F.Pleasants.
      Codicil: January 29, 1809. Appoints grandson James Pemberton Parke co-Exec.
